The Biot Glass Ecomuseum

A member of the Federation of Ecomuseums and Society Museums, the Biot Glass Ecomuseum is dedicated to preserving and sharing the traditions of glassmaking.

Both a place of conservation and exhibition, but also of life and transmission, the Ecomuseum's mission is to make this craft accessible and to ensure its continuity for years to come.

Bubbled Glass, the unique know-how of La Verrerie de Biot, is fully part of this heritage.

Galerie Internationale du Verre Serge Lechaczynski

A true cultural institution, this gallery hosts the "Verriales" every year — a major international event. It brings together around thirty contemporary artists who push the boundaries of the material around a single theme, sparking a dialogue between ancestral craftsmanship and modern creation.

We do not offer repairs — our pieces are formed while the glass is molten and we cannot reassemble pieces once the product has cooled and been finished.

No. Our glass is sensitive to thermal shock and is not designed for hot liquids.

For glass and ceramics, yes — but the detergent used must be non-corrosive.
For the acrylic pool range, use the top rack and a low temperature. We do, however, recommend hand washing to preserve its beauty over time.
